"Lathe Biosas" is located in Melicena, a small village on Granada’s Costa Tropical. Set on a gentle hill, the house offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean and a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay.



From Melicena, you can easily reach some of Andalusia’s most iconic destinations. Enjoy both mountains and beaches, cultural sights and nature, with two national parks less than an hour away for an enriching experience.



Just 300 m from the beach, the property features a private outdoor area with two terraces, a barbecue, outdoor shower, and garden. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. All rooms are exterior and on the same floor.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning. Other items are available on request.



There are two parking spaces on the property, but not all vehicles can access them. A free parking area is 50 meters away.



Recommended places to visit: Málaga (1 hr 15 min), Granada and Sierra Nevada ski resort (45 min and 1 hr), Sierra Nevada National Park and Las Alpujarras (40 min), Almería and Cabo de Gata National Park (45 min and 1 hr).
