I booked 3 rooms and 1 room is pretty small so I upgraded one. The door knobs are so hard to open, these are important to the tourists. There’s cockroaches in one room. The piano needs to be tuned up. The food selections are not that long but half of the list is not available especially the local food selections. These should be fully stocked than the international food.

Family atmosphere hotel

I always like to stay at Fernando hotel in Sorsogon city. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and parking is available. They also have one of my favorite dish at their restaurant. I enjoyed my travel to Sorsogon staying at Fernando s that they help me solve problem I encounter in between.

Fernando’s has incredible staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, security and restaurant. They are friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is perfect for a stay in Sorsogon City. The museum, market and night market are all in walking distance to the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend Fernando’s.

The room is good and the service us great from security and check in staff. Staying there very regularly. Not sure why the tall girl at the front desk last wed morning had to call my room at 12.01 pm to ask me " if I'm checking out ( meaning when are you leaving ?) Also the young boy at the restaurant decided to knock on my door while I had the ' do not disturb" sign because after telling me mt bill fir a coffee early was all good he then must have realised it still needed my signature so after I WENT BACK TO THE ROOM , HE DECIDED TO KNOCK ON MY DOOR TO GET THE SIGNATURE- in spite of the Do Not disturb. These 2 must learn to recognize guests who are staying there regularly over 7 days every month .
