Typical 70s Sardinian villa surrounded by a large garden with direct access to the pebble beach. Surrounded by terraces from which to admire the sunsets in the spectacular Gulf of Asinara. Four bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 people, a large living area with panoramic windows. Ideal for holidays with friends to explore the most beautiful beaches of northern Sardinia. Just 6 km from Castelsardo considered among the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. The area is full of vineyards and culinary specialties but also of Roman archaeological sites.

Per il futuro.... maggiore chiarezza!!!

Contrattare l'affitto di una "villa" con giardino è un conto; contrattare per un "appartamento al piano superiore" di villa bifamiliare con l'eventualità di avere il giardino in comune con le altre 7 persone del piano inferiore..... è tutt'altra cosa! Cosa ancore più spiacevole vedere cambiare, nella descrizione dell'annuncio, da "villa" ad "appartamento al piano superiore" durante il soggiorno già interamente pagato....bhe, veramente scorretto!!! Sarebbe da chiamare in causa anche la direzione di VRBO e chiedere come possa essere possibile una cosa del genere senza nessuna censura da parte loro, soprattutto quando l'immobile è stato ormai affittato per l'intero periodo estivo come " villa" e non come "appartamento al piano superiore" di villa bifamiliare"!!!
