The apartment has been recently renovated and has a lovely spacious living room with a Double Sofa Bed that can accommodate an additional 2 guests, Flat Screen Tv, Armchairs and a Dining Table with Chairs.

Kitchen

There is also a large kitchen area which is fully equipped with new generation equipment. You can also find washing machines and laundry facilities in the apartment if you are planning on staying longer than a weekend.

Guest Access

Guests will have complete private access to the whole apartment which is located on the third floor in a building with an elevator or staircase. The apartment is in a quiet, safe and green area in a few steps from the main square and train/bus station. It is also conveniently close to all the main attractions of Sorrento. The accommodation is an independent solution, not shared with other guests. There are no shared common areas, and the space is entirely available for guests.

• Cleaning fee: 100€ per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Late Check In: 50€ (from 7pm - Midnight)

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
