The Space

The apartment has also been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people in total. Here you can enjoy some of the most amazing views from the private and furnished terrace of the bay of Naples, Vesuvius and Sorrento Peninsula. The apartment includes:

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials and amenities including Mini Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Induction Hob and Stove top and more.

Dining Area

The dining area has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook a traditional Italian dinner which you can enjoy eating at the dining table that faces the Bay.

Terrace & Swimming Pool

The terrace is the most amazing feature of the villa, which also has a lounge area where you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch. You can also enjoy some time in the swimming pool, which includes Sun-beds, a shower and bathroom, located in the garden of the villa surrounded by many olive trees. There is also a pool that is open from April until October. You can also make use of the lounge area where you can dine and enjoy the Sea-view of the Bay and Vesuvius.

Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment and the terrace area. Please note, although the villa owners live on the bottom floor, there are two separate private entrances and you can also take the elevator to reach the rooftop apartment, both floors are not connected in any way so you will have complete privacy. There is the possibility you will also share the swimming pool facilities with the owners of the villa.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Pets Fee: 20€ per pet, per night

• Late check in: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking

Private and Secure parking is available inside the villa. We recommend you take a small to medium sized car to avoid any problems.
