Clean room, had all the essentials, great location for the town centre and train station. The receptionist Patty, was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the walls were quite thin and the guests staying nextdoor were very noisy.

One of the best hotel that I stayed in Italy. The prices are reasonable compared to other sorrento hotels. Its clean and well maintained. Very close to amenities. The stuffs are excellent. Specially Dario was very good. He made the process smooth.

It was close to the main area, train, and bus stop. It was a little hard to find (there is a sign on the street telling you where to go). Room was clean, shower was a good size.

Lovely room, looks a bit conspicuous from the outside but it’s actually a lovely room and staff are very friendly and lovely. So close to the train station and perfect for the price we paid. Asked for a kettle and they provided and they provided toiletries too!

I loved our stay at Hotel Kali. We were a short walk to the train station and had a laundromat very close by. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. It was a quick walk into the heart of Sorrento. I loved the location because it was quiet. There is a lovely cafe down the street and a pretty great hamburger stand across from the hotel. It was very easy to get picked up for tours. They also had a mini bar with excellent prices (has anyone ever said that ever?). The whole crew was wonderful. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Very clean and helpful staff. Truly appreciated the excellent communication leading up to my stay. One must keep in mind that Italian rentals are very different from U.S. style hotel rooms. They are certainly more basic and take great pride in their helpful hospitality and cleanliness. However, amenities are often basic, but this room was exceptional by Italian standards. Hugh scream TV And comfortable bed. Very centrally located and close to the train station and easy walk to anywhere in town. It is in a very nice hip residential area with all services within a few blocks.

A nice small hotel with a great location. A short walk to the train station, which offers convenient connections for day trips. A short walk to the city center, with small shops, lovely little cafés, and restaurants. The reception was warm, and the staff gave clear instructions for check-in and also offered tips for day trips. The room was very clean. The soundproofing isn’t excellent, but it wasn’t a problem. I can warmly recommend this place. It was an excellent stay on my solo trip.

We booked one night and eneded up staying 4 nights. The staff was friendly, Consuelo was a sweet heart making us feel comfortable and the hotel was extremely clean. As soon as you walk in, it smells amazing ! Debra- Cleaning staff, cleaned our room everyday during our stay. The hotel is in a convenient location where it so easy to get around many restuarants, walking around sorrento and even positano with buses on the same street ! Will definently rebook when we come back to sorrento.

This hotel was not good. Took us 40 minutes to find it when it was supposed to be a 5 minute walk from station. It is located in an apartment building on a very busy road. We had no instructions on how to get in building. We were given a room, with a patio, but the road noise was incredibly loud. We could hear people talking and coughing from the other rooms. We complained and were offered an inside room. Later in the day we returned and the bathroom faucet would not turn off. Earlier we had trouble with the drain not unplugging. The internet wasn’t working to video of faucet and water the internet would not work as no-one is onsite. Hours later after many pleas to What’s App we were told where to find a key to another room. It was horrible. I read the reviews and they didn’t seem that bad but think twice before booking the Hotel Kali Sorrento. We wish we would have!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Kali Hotel. The girls at reception were lovely and very helpful. The communication was great as they added me to a group chat when booking a last minute stay when arriving in Sorrento a day earlier than expected. Lovely room with a comfortable bed and huge tv for steaming Netflix. The shower was also good and only criticism is that they forgot to put toilet roll in the room but I understand this is a new business but I would definitely stay here again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. I went there with my fiancé to celebrate her birthday. The front desk was not responsive when we got there. It’s not a traditional hotel, it’s in the 2nd floor of the building. We had no way of getting inside without the help of a local tenant who let us in. By the time we got inside, it was still 7:38pm. Per there policy, someone would be at the front desk until 8pm. We both kept calling non stop until someone picked up from their cell phone. She speaks Italian so she spoke with the rep who then gave her a different number for her to call. That person never picked up so reached out to the first person who then gave her another number. That person also did not initially pick up. She was then given a 4th number to call. Mind you, I had food poisoning and there was no access to the facilities. 57 minutes later, the 3rd rep was coaching my fiancée on how to get a key card and a key to room number 8. The lights wouldn’t turn on because the digital card wasn’t activated. We then had to try again and had success with room number 3. (Process took 80 minutes) The rep told her that we will be refunded but nothing has happened thus far. A rep knocked very loudly the next morning (9:20am) and said here… Happy birthday and happy International Women’s Day. He gave her a bottle of Limoncello, a cupcake and some half dead lilies. I appreciate the last minute gesture but the damage was done. I truly hope others have better luck than we did.

Das Zimmer und die Unterkunft selbst sind wirklich toll hergerichtet worden - alles modern, was zum Hotel gehört. Die Mitarbeiterinnen (besonders Patty) sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und unterstützen die komplette Reise, indem sie eine WhatsApp Gruppe aller Mitarbeiterinnen inklusive uns Gästen hatten - wir haben dadurch immer sehr schnell Lokalempfehlungen, Reisetipps, etc bekommen. Es ist auch alles sauber. Einziger wirklicher Abzug ist die stark befahrene Strasse, die rund um die Uhr von (besonders von) Mopeds, LKWs und Autos befahren wird. Dadurch ist es im Zimmer sehr laut. Darüber hinaus hat das WLAN abends leider nie funktioniert. Ansonsten eine Top-Empfehlung!
