The decorations and everything in the room is high quality and very comfortable. Our room faced the main street, which is noisy at night. Staff was very friendly and responsive.
Great location we were in the center of the historic district next to the main square. With that came a bit of noise. The customer service was incredible and extremely attentive.

The hotel is in a great location as it is very close to the main Piazza and shopping center. The place was very clean, spacious (family room) and beds smelled very nice. We had nice daily breakfast with delicious cappuccino made by Lucia. Sonia and her staff have been helpful in arranging travel between the train station and hotel, and a boat tour with Capitano Ago which was amazing!
This hotel is in a great location right on the main street. We really enjoyed it. Unfortunately at the time of our visit the main street was torn up - not Casa Sorrentina's fault but a little annoying. That said, our hostess made it easy by coming to meet us close to the train station to make certain we found the right place. Very customer service oriented and helpful.
The hotel had the largest rooms on our trip. It was comfortable and located on the main strip in the middle of Sorrento. Everything to do in Sorrento was in walking distance. The coast line is absolutely beautiful.
