Ar condicionado não funcionou

O quarto estava bem limpo, lençol e toalhas ok, como de costume. Porém, nesta ocasião, o ar condicionado não estava gelando. Só o liguei na hora de dormir, e não quis sair do quarto para falar com alguém. Na hora do checkout, eu ia avisar, mas não tinha nenhum funcionário na recepção.

De todas as viagens e experiências que tive com hotel , essa com certeza foi a pior , não em relação ao atendimento , mas as condições gerais do lugar foram bem ruins , banho gelado , sem cobertor disponível no quarto , sem qualquer contato com a recepção, sem informações no quarto , não havia nem água no frigobar , café da manhã também não me agradou de todos os lugares também foi o pior , nunca fiz uma avaliação assim , mas minha experiência foi a pior possível , fora que as instalações do lugar me parecem que foram deixadas de lado e as manutenções também , o hotel é como se fosse aqueles hotéis de beira de estrada de qualidade ruim , nada do que é passado … creio que deve se fazer uma manutenção geral no lugar , e ter mais disponibilidade e conforto nos quartos para contato ou algo do tipo , o banheiro estava alagado quando cheguei , me assustei tanto que nem perdi meu tempo avisando , e tomamos banho gelado , mas foi um dinheiro muito mau gasto.

Não recomendo, só se não tiver opção.

Jogo de cama sujo, área do sanitário suja, azuleijos da área de banho encardidos, o banheiro estava molhado, ambiente quente e o aparelho de refrigeração não funcionava, estava remendado com fita. Café da manhã com poucas opções, havia passaros entrando na área onde se toma café da manhã. Sobre localizacao, muito boa, próximo de mercados, dentistas, cartório, postos de gasolina e empresas. Achei muito caro pela qualidade do quarto.

Boa cama, porém com ar condicionado barulhento, chuveiro que não esquentava. Café da manhã nota 5 e sem variedade, muito fraco! No checkout o hotel não tinha recepcionista, quem fez o fechamento foi a funcionária da limpeza do hotel, que conhecia pouco do sistema e não sabia o valor que eu deveria pagar. Se eu fosse uma pessoa que gosta de enganar pessoas, podia ter pago metade do valor e seria aceito. TEM MUITO A MELHORAR.

Falta luvas para o café da manhã e o hotel não dispoe de cama de casal + solteiro , tivemos que dormir em um quarto improvisado com camas confortáveis porém eu, esposa dormimos separados, precisa melhorar o anúncio e ser claro que o hotel não dispoe de cama de casal + solteiro para filhos e melhorar no café da manhã precisa ter Luvas e espassar o horário o refeitório eh pequeno e tumultuou muito após as 8:30hs.
