A localização do hotel é ótima (ao lado do Sorocaba Shopping e com fácil acesso de tudo com Uber). Fomos super bem atendidos durante nossa estadia por: Jussara, André, Keitty e João. Sempre super solícitos. O quarto escolhido foi o "casal luxo" e ficamos no último andar (7º). Achei ele com um ótimo custo-benefício. Wi-Fi super funcionando durante todo o tempo. Minha única consideração é a TV não ser smart (não ter acesso à streamings e etc). hotel conta com uma piscina modesta, mas como não é coberta, sofre interferência direta do clima. No dia que usamos, estava bem fria. O café da manhã é uma delícia! Enfim, foi uma experiência bacana e consideraria o hotel numa próxima estadia :))

Já fiquei várias vezes neste hotel no passado. Desta última vez confesso que fiquei um pouco decepcionada. A recepcionista do check-in nos colocou no quarto errado.. inferior ao que reservei.. pedi para verificar e realizar a devida troca.. Tivemos que cobrar várias vezes e nada de retorno. O quarto além de errado estava com vazamento no banheiro.. nem deveria estar liberado para hospedar alguém. Depois de 1hora tive que procurar pelo gerente que resolveu prontamente o problema. Fiz pedido na cozinha, como estava demorando liguei para verificar e tinham levado em outro quarto, pois anotaram errado o número. Precisei pegar pertences no carro e não localizavam minha chave.. depois de uns 20min. o manobrista descobriu que a recepcionista tinha colocado minha chave no número de outro quarto. O café da manhã estava mediano para baixo.. pães e bolos velhos/ duros. O Hotel é bom e a localização é ótima, porém percebi que estão com muitos funcionários novos e nitidamente despreparados. Uma pena. Pois,eles possuem a melhor Canja de Galinha que já comemos. Sinceramente espero que resolvam os problemas e treinem melhor os funcionários.

Tudo bem limpo, equipe bem educado e prestativo estacionamento no local porém pago mais o valor e ok ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente colchão um pouco duro, pontos negativos falta de informação de setor a outro pedi cerveja no restaurante fui informada que não tinha memhuma das opçõesdo cardápio nem suco natural , pedi fora ao buscar na entrada vi que tinha recepção Fora isso tudo bem

O quarto estava limpo, mas tanto ele quanto o banheiro precisam de manutenção. Os móveis são muito antigos e aparentam falta de conservação. O ar-condicionado é velho e extremamente barulhento. A manta disponibilizada para me cobrir estava muito desgastada: rasgada e com as bordas desfiadas, o que passa uma impressão de descuido. No corredor dos quartos, o carpete está bastante antigo, manchado e com um cheiro forte de mofo e urina, o que torna o ambiente sufocante. Isso exige troca urgente, não apenas por questão de conforto, mas também de saúde para hóspedes e funcionários. Na recepção, o sofá destinado aos hóspedes também está muito gasto: o assento afunda ao sentar, demonstrando falta de manutenção. Resumindo: não me incomodo com um hotel antigo, desde que esteja bem cuidado. O problema aqui não é a idade do local, mas a evidente falta de manutenção em praticamente toda a estrutura.
Manta que eu usei para me cobrir no quarto. Era o que tinha disponível.
O espelho estava com vários pontos manchado, precisando de manutenção ou ser trocado.
