New development, as well as all furniture and utensils, containing: 5 suites, each suite has a box bed and a bunk bed and a mattress; the sixth suite has five bunk beds, which seats ten people, a living room with a 40 inch TV and a sofa for eight people, 2 outdoor bathrooms, a 120m2 lounge with the kitchen, all household appliances and games area. Sleeps 35 people to sleep. An adult pool (with solar heating) a kiddie pool and a mini soccer field. For the event, the space includes 120 people with a differentiated rate.
