The former Almhaus Casa Federica is a typical Lombard rustico, lovingly restored and beautifully located. The house is situated on a sun-drenched slope and has a wonderful view of Lake Como. Living room with fireplace and large chestnut dining table is on the ground floor of the Rustico. Connected to this is the well-equipped kitchen, custom-made by a local carpenter. The furnishings and equipment of the Casa Federica match the rustic character of the former alpine house and is very well maintained. The owners attached great importance to beautiful materials and the typical execution in the area. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two airy bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 3 single beds), the bright bathroom and the balcony across the entire width of the house. From here you have a particularly beautiful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The Casa Federica also includes a separate garden with a meadow, a tree for a shady spot, grill, outdoor shower and plenty of space to play. Sun loungers await sun worshipers and a dining table is available for breakfast or dinner. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and invites you to swim. It is sometimes used by the guests of the neighboring house. There is a parking space for your car right by the house. A house with character for all vacationers who would like to spend their vacation in beautiful surroundings.
Casa Federica is located in the village of Bugiallo above Gera Lario on a sunny slope. In the immediate vicinity are some other rustic houses, meadows and loose forests. The beach at Gera Lario is less than 10 minutes away. There and in neighboring Sorico there are also shops, restaurants, etc. Near Bugiallo are 2 well-known agriturismi with restaurants that are known for good regional cuisine.

Een rustiek huis op een fantastische plek. De weg naar boven is in het begin even een uitdaging, maar went snel. Bij het huis hoort een grote omheinde tuin met een leuk zwembad (je moet wel even een weggetje oversteken). Heerlijk luieren, zwemmen of bbq-en in de tuin met een fantastisch uitzicht over het meer.Het huis is heel compleet. Iedere morgen brengt de bakker (op vraag) broodjes. Frederica is een prettige host. Goede uitvalsbasis om bij Sorico op het meer te suppen, met de snelboot dorpjes en villa's te bezoeken, wandelingen te maken of een wijnproeverij in Domaso te doen. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig. Die Vermieterin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, viele Annehmlichkeiten. In Zukunft wären erneuerte Matratzen und/oder Sofa sowie eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert. 😉

Een zeer verzorgd huis, met een goede keuken. Een formidabel uitzicht op en rond het meer en een heerlijk zwembad om in af te koelen. De eigenaresse van het huis is zeer hulpvaardig en gastvrij. Het huis ligt in een rustige omgeving in de heuvels. We hebben genoten!

Phänomenale Aussicht

Haben eine Woche zu 4. hier verbracht. Anfahrt sehr kurvig und abenteuerlich. Haus genau wie beschrieben. Der Pool bietet angenehme Abkühlung. Im Haus leider viele Stubenfliegen, aufpassen mit offenem Essen (Ameisen). Das Haus ist angenehm kühl. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten sehr weich. Hilfsbereite Besitzerin. Phänomenale Aussicht über den See, Brötchenservice.

Einfach super.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Garten mit dem Pool war auch sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht auf den Comer See und die Berge ist grandios. Um in den Garten zu kommen, muss man über die Straße. Aber diese ist nicht sehr breit. Die Fahrt zum Haus ist sehr kurvig. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Casa Federica können wir ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen. 👍

Sehr schönes Rustico liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Liegt in 500m Höhe daher langer Weg zum See aber dafür auch sehr ruhig mit einem wunderbaren Blick über den Comersee und die umliegenden Berge

Herrlicher Ausblick auf den See, ruhig und erholsam

Einen entspannten Urlaub hatten wir als vierköpfige Familie hier. Der Pool ist schön, der Blick super und man hat seine Ruhe. Es fehlt an nichts außer WLAN, aber das ist inzwischen ja auch mit Smartphone kein Problem mehr. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt, alles vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht gut deutsch. Für die touristischen Highlights am See muss man etwas fahren aber wenn man sowieso den etwas ursprünglicheren Flair mag ist die Nordseite des Sees sehr schön.
