We were there as part of conference. Everything was ok. The room were clean, the food was good. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The food at the restaurant for the dinner was very good. The conference locality were good, no issue with the equipment.

Great location, our room was bright and spacious. Located in good location, easy parking. Breakfasts were fabulous. Staff friendly. We were there to drive the Atlantic road it was a most amazing trip - one to do!!

My favourite hotel and a was not disappointed this time either. The rooms and nice and the beds are comfortable. But they have to improve the breakfast. Tasted ok but the organization of the food is not good.

Lovely comfortable hotel. Well placed for the sights, and easy to find. A word of warning - we booked a parking space, but were not warned we had to pay for a ticket when we arrived - all the signs were in Norwegian. As a result we have a parking ticket to pay. Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner in the restsurant. The staff here were beyond excellent

This magnificent hotel at the centre of Trondheim with another extension at the Vaenes airport is one wonderful place to relax away from the daily routine of your busy life. A 5 minutes walk away from here takes you to the magnificent St Olav Catholic Church(Cathedral and scores of other tourist sites around this ancient city)

Amazing room, warmly welcome reception, elegant decoration. Airport shuttle bus arrived near the hotel and 7 minutes walk to central train station. Old town and harbour area is near the hotel and attractive area.

This hotel is ideal situated to explore the old town and harbour area. The airport bus stops right outside which makes for a convenient, easy journey from the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is extensive, but once an item has run out, it is out. This was most noticeable regarding the porridge. The bedroom was always clean, but the beds were not always properly made. On more than one occasion the beds looked as though the duvet had just been given a quick shake. Tea and coffee is available in the room, but these were not always refilled. The staff are friendly and extremely hardworking, it seems as though there are just too few of them. Nevertheless, because of its central location, I would stay here again.

There is something about the warmth and efficiency of the Norse which makes this Scandinvavian country stand out from its neighbours, Sweden and Denmark. One supposes the state revenues derived from North Sea oil accounts for the modernity of most Norwegian cities and Trondheim was no exception. The hotel is new, it has efficient and very courteous staff (made us a travel lunch for our train ride to Oslo) plain but comfortable room with superb bath. It works so well with the city which has a superb infrastructure, great transportation and access to the fjords. The hotel is in the centre of all this, inviting you to walk and explore. Very impressive and one of the best we have stayed at in Scandinavia

A wonderful hotel, oasis like, friendly, elegant and modern, but still a great atmosphere. Generous lunch and breakfast buffet. Beautiful room, wonderful bed, great pillows and covers. All in all a wonderful experience.

The airport bus stops right outside the hotel which is very convenient. I checked in late at night (aprox. 2am). Staff were friendly and check in was efficient. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries were included. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was great. No bath but this was fine because I prefer showers. Everything was clean. My only critique would be that the blackout curtains didn't reach all the way to the floor so not all the light was blocked out. With my visit being in the summer months (with the midnight sun), it disturbed my sleep a little. Another is the lighting around the room. The room was either too bright or a too dim. The multi-colour lights on the headboard added little value, and the fluorescent lights built into the mirrors are a little harsh. The hotel breakfast was very good with lots of choice each morning. They catered for all dietary requirements with gluten and dairy free options. Lots of fruit and fresh baked goods available too. Staff were constantly monitoring the food and replenished when things got low - they never ran short! Overall, a comfortable stay.
