The property is beautiful and the creek offers peaceful and tranquil sounds! Emkay was quick with responses to requests we had. I had concerns with the bathroom that I shared with the owner.

The host was very pleased to see me coming back for a third visit. I had a very nice stay for three nights. It’s so quiet and peaceful at the Creekside cabin. I will be back sometime next year.

Comfy cabin in a beautiful setting

My family had a great time staying at the creekside cabin! It was cozy but not cramped, had everything we needed plus some extras. The redwoods were absolutely beautiful and the hosts very friendly.

First time in Santa Cruz Mountains

Wanted to try something new instead of staying in town or near beach boardwalk. Creekside cabin delivered. Wonderful peaceful and serene property. Really enjoyed the property and the outside beauty. Close to the beach as well even though you’re in the redwoods.

We had the most peaceful honeymoon at this redwood cabin. From the moment we arrived everyone was incredibly nice and attentive, Emkay was especially sweet and so helpful. The pictures can’t even capture how private and tranquil the property feels; it truly felt like our own little oasis. The cabin was cozy and perfect, the property is adorable, and our pup couldnt get enough of exploring. We’ll 100% be coming back next time with our other pup!!

Lovely cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little cabin hosted by Emkay, a friendly and gracious host. The cabin had everything we needed for our family of three and two little dogs. The setting was ideal amongst the redwoods and near the creek, and the location is amazing because it is just minutes away from amenities like restaurants and shopping.

Nature filled getaway

The hot tub was awesome! Nice and steamy. Perfect for a relaxing time. The location is very comfortable and welcoming. We were pleased to be right on the creek. The hosts were very kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. Thank you! Would rent again!! PS loved all your animals. They were super sweet.

Perfect redwood location

This is absolutely perfect if you want to sleep under the redwood trees. You can lie in bed and look through the skylight at the trees way above you. The cabin is just above a creek so you can hear the small rapids water sounds. The owners and other renters were very friendly and welcoming. We have already booked our next year stay. We love this place.

Emkay was incredibly responsive and helpful! The accomodations worked well for 3 people - very pet friendly! Had a cat join us in our unit and saw other dogs and animals around. The outdoor space was amazing - saw a hawk, heard owls and watch several bats during dusk. Very much enjoyed the river. We even left some items that he mailed to us! Thanks Emkay!!

Tiny Cozy Cabin

It took a minute to adjust to the small size of the cabin; once we did, it was cozy and comfortable. The outdoor deck is great, with a couch and table, surrounded by huge trees and the sound of a creek bubbling over rocks. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, and hot water (that takes a few minutes to heat up). There are several cabins on the property, and doggies are welcome.

Perfect location in SC area

The unit is cozy. It reminds me of living spaces one would see in Europe or other countries. If one is not used to small bathrooms, this could be a challenge. Yet, the unit's enough to get some restful sleep. Things that can be improved: mattress in the bedroom--springy was noticeable; shower head produced high water pressure; rugs were easily displaced--might need to have something underneath to avoid slippage; pick-up after pet signs and poop bags in the common area. We are one of those people who roll their eyes when owners do not pick up after their pets. Unfortunately, throughout our stay, we saw poop not being cleaned after. What we really appreciate in this property is it's pet-friendly. The hosts were understanding of our big dog's expressive vocalization.
