The sleeping area includes a spacious and bright bedroom equipped with a 160 bed and a built-in cupboard. Finally, there is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. You can enjoy a very pleasant little balcony to have an aperitif after returning from the beach. A private parking space in the basement of the residence completes the package.
