This villa includes a bright and large living room with a dining area and a lounge with television overlooking the fenced garden. A fitted kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a small Nespresso capsule and a dishwasher. A laundry room with fridge/freezer and washing machine. On the ground floor: two bedrooms each with a 180 cm bed and cupboard. Bathroom with Italian shower and double sink. Independent WC.
Upstairs: A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and cupboard. A second bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboard. A second bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Outside you will have a large covered terrace, garden furniture, a pétanque court, a plancha, a barbecue and a children's play area. Ideal for sharing friendly moments.
Possibility of parking cars inside the property.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. WIFI. The electricity package is included from January 1 to mid-June and from September to December 31. Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost. Please contact our team to reserve them.
