Beautiful wooden frame villa, includes on the ground floor, a large bright living room, with a lounge area made up of leather sofas and television, and a dining room area. An open kitchen, fitted and equipped with an American refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Krups coffee maker and a dishwasher. Cellar with washing machine and dryer.
A first bedroom with a 160 cm bed and cupboard, which opens onto a terrace. A second bedroom with 2 pull-out beds and chest of drawers. A connecting bathroom between the two bedrooms. Separate WC.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 bed and cupboard. A bathroom with WC.
Enjoy a beautiful garden, a large terrace and a secure swimming pool with shutter. A summer kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue and a plancha awaits you for convivial moments.
Possibility of parking cars inside the property.
