Entrance. Living room (3.16x4.96 + 3.63x1.81) opening onto covered south-facing terrace overlooking a small street: 1 sofa bed 120.
Independent kitchen also opening onto the terrace: 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, top fridge and electric oven.
Sleeping area: WC. Shower room (2.72 x 1.92): basin, bidet and shower fitted with a folding seat. South-facing bedroom (4.71 x 3): 2 single beds (wooden floor). In the hallway opposite the apartment, a large cellar for bicycles and suitcases.
