This cozy 4 spacious bedroom home with 2 master bedrooms and a total of 4 Cal King sized beds! Each bedroom has additional seating area. The home is nestled up a hill with fantastic views of Sonoma Mountain and amazing sunsets. Enjoy sitting at the fire chat set or on the deck while you grill or smoke your dinners and enjoy a game of pool or ping pong or sitting in the large enclosed private hot tub. This home is on a quiet road in the town of Sonoma, minutes from amazing wineries. This home is stocked with basic kitchen amenities, including basic spices and condiments.

*** NOTE: This home it is in a very strict noise ordinance neighborhood with all outdoor activities must be brought inside by 9:00 PM (including fire pit and hot tub use)***

There’s a strict noise ordinance of this home… group must go inside by 9pm with all doors and windows closed for noise control. New Sonoma County law
No unauthorized people, pets, smoke/drugs in the home. My permit only allows max of 10 people during day, 8overnight only. No shoes/red wine upstairs!
Every Thursday evening the garbage cans need to be pulled to the edge of the gravel part of the driveway by the mailbox. Pull back on Friday by garage

Four friends were vacationing in Sonoma/Napa Valley area.We really appreciated having four bedrooms of our own for privacy and relaxation.We expected a nice outdoor area with hot tub but it was not clean enough to use.If four bedrooms are what you really need , you will have that. Otherwise I would not come here again.

The BEST house and hosts EVER!!!

We stayed at this house for a long weekend. We were in Sonoma for a wedding. From start to finish our host, Gina, could not have been more prompt, helpful or hospitable. She answered all of our questions before we even chose her property; about location (ideal to town and to the vineyard where the wedding was held), her house (which she undersold - it was perfection), and even cancellation dates. The house is gorgeous, SO well appointed! We had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were SO comfy, the outdoor area perfect for getting a little sun, the porch a great setting for happy hour, the kitchen is big and has everything you could possibly need. AND the garage is a game room! We actually played ping-pong and pool one night! I cannot recommend this property and its owner highly enough. I wish I could give it 10 stars and make the owner a STELLAR SUPER host.

Great Sonoma accomodations with easy access to other areas

Super setting in Sonoma

This house was just what we needed. The location was perfect, a beautiful neighborhood, and the house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the backyard was wonderful for sitting in the evenings, although you do have to go in for a quiet time. The portable AC were welcome because of the heat wave, but could possibly use another one upstairs. Overall, this property was perfect and the location a lot us to visit many wonderful wineries.

Perfect Wine Country Getaway

This is a great property, perfectly located about 50 min from Healdsburg, 40 min from Yountville and 10 min from downtown Sonoma. The rooms are perfect and all have super comfy king beds. The host is very honest and upfront about the neighborhood but it should be noted that they seriously want it quiet! We loved our stay here!
