The flat on the 1st floor for up to 5 people offers a cosy living room and a spacious dining kitchen that is well equipped. Both bedrooms have a washbasin, shower and WC are separate. The flat is not self-contained due to the shared staircase to the 2nd floor, but your privacy is guaranteed. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains
The holiday home is not far from the centre of Sonntag, in the Großes Walsertal biosphere park. Moreover, it is a short distance from Damüls and Faschina, right on the Faschinastrasse. You can easily reach the nearby Sonntag-Stein ski lift on foot (100 metres).
In summer, the house is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks, and in winter the ski bus takes you to the nearby ski areas of Faschina and Damüls for free. You can also ski from the house to the Sonntag-Stein ski lift, which is just 200 metres away. The region is home to challenging mountain bike routes that lead you through dense forests and past impressive viewpoints. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of Sonntag. Whether you relax on the shores of a mountain lake or treat yourself to a wellness day at a nearby spa, here you will find tranquillity you are looking for

Nette Wohnung in Sonntag
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. In der Küche ist alles in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls inklusive. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und immer ansprechbar, da sie ebenfalls im Haus wohnt.
Sogar selbstgebackene Apfeltaschen hat sie uns vorbei gebracht.
Die Wohnung können wir wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Sehr nette Wirtin. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber. Der Ort liegt in der Nähe zu einem schneesicheren Skigebiet, dass mit Auto und Bus (Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus) in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist. Ein Lebensmittelladen ist um die Ecke.

Herzlicher und familiärer Aufenthalt
Herzliche und familienfreundliche Gastgeberin. Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und sehr sauber. Über den neuen Fernseher kann man sein eigenes Netflix/Prime Programm schauen.
Skischuh-Wärmer im Skikeller - immer trockene und warme Schuhe am Morgen.
Bei nächtlichem Schneefall weckt einen der Gemeinde-Schneeflug am frühen Morgen, aber das nenn ich dann Luxus-Problem 😊
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Männerurlaub ins Grüne
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Drei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit TV&Sofa und ein Vorzimmer. Die Küche könnte noch mit einer großen Schüssel und einer Waage ausgestattet werden.
Das Gebäude hat ein offenes Treppenhaus. Die einzelnen Zimmer können jedoch über ein Standard-Türschloss abgeschlossen werden.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, gibt gute Tipps. Am ersten Abend haben wir eine Flasche Wein und Knabbereien bekommen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar die Gästekarte von der Touristinformation abgeholt.
Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt und eine Bank, diese können zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
Es war ein rund um gelungener Urlaub.
