The vibe is great. Love how everything is put together. Windows are not noise cancellation. I kept waking up during my sleep for sirens, racing bikers, people screaming even though I stayed on the 4th floor.

2 nights of no AC despite requesting at the front desk to get it checked. The big windows are beautiful, however that also means no noise control from the inside. You hear everything on the street, including loud sirens, people yelling, etc. The building and the rooms are nice otherwise.

Check in easy as the codes were emailed one day before arrival. Clean although the first impression was that we stepped into an industrial building because of the bare floors and brick walls. Nevertheless, we got adjusted to them quickly. The chat function on app was good cos we were short of 1 set of towels and blanket but this was resolved quickly. Also took some queries to find out that the sofa could be converted into a sofa bed. Washer and dryer were useful with kitchen stove and utensils. A big fridge was good but what happened to the microwave which was listed as one of the facilities. Loved the pillows cos they were poofy and soft. Bed was comfy and no issues about cleanliness. In fact, there was no requirement for us to clear trash or stack up the towels unlike most places now. We had a good time staying here which is accessible to both metro and buses to Union Station.

1. Check in process took 45 mins with the front desk help not even responding to what was required from us. 2. Access key was not given during check in process. The front desk told us the access code will be emailed within 48 hours and we didn’t receive even after the next day morning. 3. 1 out of 2 elevators were broken when we reached. And after that, both the elevators were down and our unit was on the 4th floor. I was traveling with my parents who are in their 60s and they found it extremely difficult to climb 4 flights of stairs which led me to request an early check out at this property.

The apartment I stayed in was lovely and the staff regularly replaced and refreshed towels, bedding, etc. I would definitely stay here again. My only con would be the neighborhood surrounding the complex.

Hotel itself was an okay stay. But the area is very stretchy. It was hard to sleep with the yelling outside and the fire department sirens every hour. I thought our windows were open because they sounded so loud! Then an elevator was out so we had to carry our luggage to the 8th floor
