The Spanish style architecture was beautiful. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The wait for the taxi provided by the hotel was long; better to just take all Uber from the airport, with turns out to be cheaper that the "free airport transportation."

One of the best properties you will ever stay in your life. Quality and professional staff like never seen before in all our travels. Cheers

It’s a great hotel for a layover heading to other African destinations.

The property was clean. The staff are not willing to assist/go that little bit out of their way in terms of room service. No porter assisted on arrival. The breakfast at Reign restaurant was terrible. Lack of qualified waiter. Bread given as toast with extra well done eggs when Sunny Side soft were requested. No mushrooms, substituted with bake-beans :-( A lot more and they were not even busy at the time. Terrible service. Requested manager to no avail.
