Spacious holiday home for 15 people (max. 12 adults and 3 children) with outdoor pool and sauna. The house is located in a quiet area of the village of Heure, 13 km from Durbuy. On the ground floor, the living room with wood stove, dining table and fitted kitchen with dishwasher opens onto the covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms, one for 2 persons with a double bed and one for 3 persons with a double bed and an extra 1 persons bed, which share a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with two extra single beds. Each bedroom also has a washbasin in the room. At the pool level there is a relaxation area with billiards and sitting area, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a baby cot, separate shower, sauna and covered terrace with BBQ at the pool. open from May to early September. On hot summer days, the water temperature is above 25°C. The ideal holiday home for a relaxing holiday with the family and for many walks in the Belgian Ardennes. Bachelor parties and similar events are not allowed. Not rented to groups of young people The installation of loudspeakers, the use of megaphones and the playing of amplified music is strictly prohibited at this property.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
