I can not remember how many times we have stayed here, it is so handy for all the local attractions, and as we like to lie in the fact breakfast is not included or charged for is a real bonus. Although they did not manage to save the room I had requested they gave us another nearby and it served its purpose. There was a glitch with the electrics for the first time but they could not apologise enough and compensated us accordingly. The staff are polite and helpful every time and we find it good value, and surprisingly pleasant surroundings.
We stayed for 1 night on our way home from Devon. we wanted to visit Axbridge and Wells the next day so here was an ideal stop off. Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet next to a motorway, would definately stay again.
Perfect stop over on your holiday. Clean, comfortable , great customer service and good value for money
Stayed at the south bound services whilst travelling south to Cornwall from the Midlands. There is no specific parking for caravans, the area has to be shared with commercial transport. The area is rough to say the least, not Tarmac surfaced just rough gravel and full of potholes. Thus is a disgrace to the services facilities that have undergone a full makeover and quite pleasant. All beverages are about £1 above high street prices (Costa for example) and food prices are typical of other service areas. Not a place I would prefer to stay at again and will try the north bound services when we travel home.
Convenient access to surrounding areas. We felt the room was too warm. We didn't want to keep the windows open at night secondary to noise. We also reported on leaving that the door to room 108 was very heavy and sticking making access in and out of the room tedious.
We have stayed at Sedgemoor before to break our journey. It's suits our needs,it's a comfortable overnight stay, importantly they accommodate our dog, which is brilliant, what more can I say.
Our room was very hot. No Air con. Very basic inside. The sink nearly fell off the wall in the bathroom. And the shower was hopeless! The reception staff were friendly enough but not that interested.
Good location for break in journey from London to south west although can only be accessed from north carriageway. For a Services location a good standard. Check in staff were friendly and pleasant. Well maintained building and clean simple room with no frills. However, a little overpriced for a basic hotel.
Brilliant stopover, convenient, clean, Fantastic staff, love stopping here, it's an excellent base.
Found the whole experience excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spotless. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
