Residence Ca' laRipa is part of an old complex dating 1791. The house, overlooking the Iseo lake, has been realized following a renovation of the main "casa", with the goal of providing modern accommodation standards whilst preserving the original style and furniture of the house.
The house is an elegant and functional mix of modern and antique forniture, and it consists of:
- Large private terrace with solarium and gazebo, overlooking the lake;
- Spacious living room with TV;
- Semi-professional large kitchen that can easily accommodate more than 10 people;
- Bedroom with one king-size bed, with balcony overlooking the lake;
- Bedroom with 2 single beds, with balcony overlooking the lake;
- Large bedroom with 3 beds (1 king-size bed, and 2 single beds), with balcony overlooking the lake;
- A full-sized modern bathroom, inclusive of a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, and a hair-dryer;
- An additional toilet;
- A laundry room.

Super séjour dans un site magnifique
Le lac dâIseo et ses Ăźles propose un paysage absolument magnifique. Le logement dâAndrea, situĂ© dans une belle propriĂ©tĂ© familiale, propose une vue magnifique. Il a beaucoup de charme, dispose dâune tres grande terrasse avec vue. Le rĂ©veil avec vue panoramique sur le lac est gĂ©nial! AndrĂ©a a Ă©tĂ© tres rĂ©actif dans les Ă©changes avant notre arrivĂ©e et adorable avec nous lors de notre sĂ©jour.

Superbe location avec vue imprenable
La location est trÚs spacieuse, propre, se situe au sein d'une belle et grande propriété historique rénovée, la terrasse est spacieuse, indépendante et jouit d'une vue splendide sur le lac d'Iséo. La maison dispose des tous les équipements modernes nécessaires. La literie est de bonne qualité. En couple avec 3 enfants, nous y avons passé une excellent séjour. De la location, les sites à visiter autours du lac d'Iséo sont à proximité, la situation géographique est donc bonne. Enfin, Andrea, qui parle un excellent français, nous a trÚs bien accueillis et conseillés pendant le séjour. Merci encore à lui pour sa gentillesse.

l'Italie comme on l'aime
La vue depuis cette terrasse spacieuse est tout simplement magnifique, et captive le regard Ă toute heure du jour! Il y fait bon manger, lire un livre, bronzer, ouvrir l'oeil tout simplement.
La rĂ©gion regorge de richesses Ă dĂ©couvrir ; les villes de Bergame, Milan (nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'aller Ă Brescia), l'Ăźle de Monte Isola, des curiositĂ©s naturelles (les pyramides de Zone), de magnifiques balades en moyenne montagne avec des vues renouvelĂ©es sur le lac et ses environs, et puis tout simplement, la baignade Ă tempĂ©rature idĂ©ale, dans un lieu de rĂȘve non envahi par les touristes... Tout le monde y a trouvĂ© son compte, nos 4 adolescents et jeunes adultes et nous-mĂȘmes.
La maison est grande, confortable et trÚs bien équipée, et les propriétaires à l'écoute et disponibles!
Un petit bémol: les cloches des nombreuses églises du coin qui sonnent l'angélus à 8h... mais cela fait partie du décor, peu à peu on s'y habitue et on se rendort si on aime la grasse matinée...

Maison merveilleuse, vue splendide, région aux mille richesses
La maison La Terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur le lac d'Iseo en plus de toutes les commodités pratiques : tout est bien agencé et il ne manque absolument rien pour passer d'excellentes vacances, accueil et disponibilité d'Andrea compris! A recommander sans réserve. La région est trÚs riche, tant du point de vue culturel que pour des activités sportives ou simplement pour profiter de la dolce vita dans les belles petites villes toutes proches comme Lovere, ou plus proche encore, au fantastique café-patisserie La Forneria de Solta Collina!
