The newly built house, built in the typical stone house style, blends harmoniously into the traditional buildings of the listed place and exudes high-quality Mediterranean living culture.

The exclusive villa offers 3 elegant, highly comfortable bedrooms with their own dressing room, modern bathroom and toilet, a spacious kitchen and 1 further double room. 150 m2 of terrace area are located around the house and on the upper floor and offer a direct view of the sea.

“On the sea”

Not exactly as photos show. Not “on the sea” but it is close to the sea. There is no beach. The pool is not heated so it was useless. The home was very overpriced and not professionally cleaned before we arrived. I was promised a cleaning mid stay and we never got a cleaning for 9 days.

Vi bodde i Villa Bianco, två familjer. Fräscht och mycket bra standard på huset. Mysiga mindre restauranger i närheten. Ett lugnt och harmoniskt läge av huset. Kristian, husvärden, var guld värd och enormt trevlig. Han var en av dem som gjorde vår vistelse bra. Möjligheten att låna cyklar av mycket bra klass gjorde tonårskillarnas resa kul. Vi hade även hyrt bil och kunde på så sätt utforska hela ön vilket var mycket trevligt, allt från biodling till olivoljeproducenter. Jag vill absolut rekommendera folk att resa hit!

Wunderbare Villa mit perfekter Betreuung

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (9-jährig). Das Haus ist Top-Klasse und super eingerichtet. Ein Mietauto ist von uns aus gesehen unumgänglich, da viele schöne Badeorte auf der ganzen Insel verteilt sind. Die Betreuung vom Resort-Manager ist sehr gut, bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten wird immer Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir mieteten noch für einen Tag das "Sportboot" inkl. Skipper (der Resortmanager), was für 250€ plus Tanken sehr fair ist. Ich würde diese Villen und auch die Insel Šolta weiterempfehlen, wer aber Sandstrände oder Massentourismus sucht, ist hier an der falschen Adresse. Es ist sehr ruhig und es herrscht eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir würden sofort wieder gehen!

Traumhaus

Ein absolutes Traumhaus! Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel, es war wirklich so, nur noch schöner! Tolles Design, sehr gepflegt, klinisch sauber und ausreichend Platz. Wir waren mit 6 Erw., 2 Kindern und einem Kleinkind da und haben die 14 Tage auf Solta sehr genossen. Als es ein kleines Problem mit der Spülmaschine gab, hat Christian, der gute Geist der Vermieter, sofort Abhilfe geschafft. Von ihm wurden wir auch von der Fähre abgeholt und im Haus mit einem heimischen Snaps Willkommen geheißen. Insgesamt nicht nur einer schöner Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden, sondern auch ein guter Service ab Buchung. Jederzeit wieder und 100% weiterempfohlen!

Exclusive Villa

Eine Woche Exklusivität in allen Bereichen. Diese Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tolles und edles Design in jedem Raum. Granit und Edelstahl durchfließen sämtliche Räume. Die Küche ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet (nur ein Ice-Crusher könnte das noch toppen). Doch als wir den neuen Weber Grill gezeigt bekamen, war alles klar - eine Woche BBQ ist angesagt. Sämtliche Grillutensilien sind vorhanden. Diese Villa ist mit Abstand das sauberste Feriendomizil welches wir um den Globus je zu sehen bekamen. Nirgends konnte man nur den Ansatz von einer Verschmutzung finden - nicht einmal in WC oder Dusche. Die Bettwäsche schimmerte im reinsten Weiß. Kristian, der gute Geist des Hauses ist ständig um die Gäste bemüht. Der Pool - nicht gerade der größte aber ständig sauber, lädt zum abkühlen ein. Die gesamte Insel ist ein ruhiger und idyllischer Ort zum entspannen. An vielen Stränden und Buchten schimmert das Meer so klar das man meinen könnte, man ist in der Karibik. Kleinere Geschäfte,Obst und Gemüsestände und gut geführte Lokale/Bars sind zahlreich vorhanden. Vielen Dank von vier zufriedenen Gästen
