This beautiful apartment with views of Puerto de and balcony is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.
The bright apartment is located between the sea and the mountains in the Sierra de Tramuntana, one of the most beautiful areas of the island. It is on the third floor without an elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, ideal for 2 children. The open kitchen to the living-dining room is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. A crib is available upon request.
Port of Sóller is located in the west of Mallorca, in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking or climbing. In addition to being able to enjoy the sandy beach of Puerto de Sóller, there are numerous small coves in the Sierra, e.g. Cala Deià or Llucalcari. A classic route is to take the historic train from Palma to Sóller. Please note that there are stairs to reach the apartment.

A **ACIRE zone** (Restricted Circulation Area) is an area of the municipality in which vehicle access is limited and regulated.
Installed cameras control license plates to verify that accessing vehicles are authorized, with sanctions being imposed otherwise.

Great little apartment with stunning views
Had a great week in Port de Soller as Es Niu. It's a loverly, clean, modern apartment with great sea views. Just a short (hilly) walk to the beach, cafes and bars.

Great place to stay
Very clean/tidy with a very modern feel. Great location in the port but if you can’t handle a steep climb you may want to think twice (it was fine for us). Superb view from smallish (but adequate) balcony with sun all morning and into the afternoon. Quiet. Highly recommended.
