Villa Can Sort is located in a picturesque setting, surrounded by the majestic Serra de Tramuntana, offering the perfect scenario for a totally relaxing holiday. Just a few minutes by car from the old town of Sóller and a short distance from the beach and restaurants of Puerto de Sóller, the villa perfectly combines the modern with the traditional, creating a unique atmosphere that, along with its impressive views, makes it an unparalleled destination. Additionally, it offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in all rooms.



Distributed over two floors, the ground floor features a spacious and bright room housing a fully equipped kitchen, with a central work island and a brunch bar. The dining room, which connects to the living room, adds a touch of warmth and functionality to the space. The living room is furnished with a modern and cosy style, highlighting its beam ceilings, an ornamental fireplace, and comfortable sofas. It also has a flat-screen television for entertainment moments. The kitchen is equipped with a full oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle, all for preparing delicious meals. Moreover, the kitchen has ample storage space, a breakfast bar, and an authentic wooden table with chairs.



Through a corridor, you access the laundry room, and at the other end, a set of doors open to the terrace, which connects to the pool and garden.



The villa has a total of 4 spacious, bright, and well-ventilated bedrooms, all with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. On the ground floor, there are 3 double bedrooms with direct access to the garden, each with its own private bathroom. On the first floor is the main suite, which has an elegant living area and private bathroom, offering incredible views from every corner of the room.



The villa's exterior, with its elegant design, includes a comfortable patio ideal for outdoor dinners and relaxation moments. It also has an independent indoor dining area, which features a large gas barbecue and a table next to the living room-kitchen, for enjoying pleasant evenings.



Air conditioning is available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the day.



The impressive mountain views are best enjoyed from the comfort of the private pool and garden, where you can relax and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
