Fantastic location and view. However, need to be fully advised of 3 flights of stairs, which cover 32 steps. Very difficulty with suitcases. General description not accurate. Certainly not ‘recently’ refurbished. All could be so much better. Good room sizes. Kitchen items utensils crockery and glasses need replacing. 3 teaspoons!! Lounge furniture and fittings especially fluffy cushions need renewing. Balcony furniture not comfortable. Shower leaks all over room, shower head needs renewing, cracked tiles in shower. No sun beds/chairs on roof terrace so picture is not accurate. Why put two old shutter doors with mirrors in, over bed? It is simply not practical. Whilst there are lots of old fashioned mirrors, no full length mirror available. Whole apartment is crying out for a good clean, paint and lots of TLC. Noticed not many people wrote in the visitors book. Have been in Vrbo apartments before and really enjoyed them. Port De Soller is a wonderful place and we will return but sadly not to this apartment.

Perfect location

My son and I loved everything about this little apartment. It was just around the corner from the accommodation my other son and his family had rented. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony, especially at sunrise and sunset. Thank you!

A weeks holiday

We had a lovely week, fantastic balcony, views and location. Only downside very little Internet connection we weren’t able to book our Airline seats on-line from apartment and had to go to very helpful hotel nearby - Aimia. Then our flight was cancelled and again had to use the hotel to sort out, very stressful.

We found the apartment to be as it’s described online ,except that there is no air conditioning in the second bedroom. When we arrived there was a rather dilapidated fan in the bedroom ,which stopped working during the first night. When I contacted the owner ,she responded very quickly, and it was replaced within 2hrs.,and worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. The apartment lived up to the comments made in reviews by other clients, though the easy chairs on the balcony need refurbishing We would recommend this apartment, the situation was ideal for us..

Great Find

The property's highlight is it's location, so close to everything but tucked away from the business of the front. It made you feel like a local especially as the rest of residents of the block seemed permanent. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed though we didn't cook there as there are a plethora of restaurants to indulge in in the evenings.

Lovely apartment

We loved this apartment - it's in the perfect location near to the beach and shops, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Mireia the owner responded quickly to the couple of minor queries we had (things we couldn't find) but everything was in order. The fresh oranges she'd left for us were also a really nice touch. We will definitely be coming back to stay there!

Great apartment in the perfect location for exploring Peurto Soller. Apartment has everything you need and within 5 minutes walk from cafes, shops, the port and the beach it’s good for a family. We have been to the Port many times and this is definitely one of our favourite stays. Great views too and excellent communication.

Beautiful location

The location of the apartment meant everything was close by. Bars, restaurants, shops the tram to Soller were within easy walking distance. Short climb up to the the apartment block plus a number of stairs may mean it’s not accessible for everyone but if you can get there the views are amazing. Hope to return.

Great apartment with magnificent view

The apartment is very efficient - all rooms face the port but very quiet, terrace cover the all 3 rooms, free parking is nearby, 2 min walk to promenade, easy access to a highway. Almost all kitchenware is in place, but some require renovations, the beds are comfy, a/c units in the living room and main bedroom. Roof terrace is outstanding. The flat is a hidden gem!

As shown in the pictures. The views are great from all rooms. Check in and out process was easy. Clean and in good location. The only thing is the hot water tank is too small even for two people. In the summer it probably won't matter.

Beautiful flat lovely place

Really enjoyed our stay in this flat overlooking the port, few minutes walking distance from beach, restaurants, pubs and bus links to soller as well as little tram. Perfect for us. Plenty of space including a little balcony which was lovely in evening, and had everything we needed. Communication was really good from beginning. The only thing I would say is you have to pick the keys up from one side of port and flat is on other side. Would be improved if could possibly could them up from walkable distance or a little lockbox, although the ladies at hotel where we picked keys up were very nice and helpful

Great location and views

The apartment was in a great location. Port De Soller is a very hilly town, so we were so glad to be a 5 minute walk from the beach. The apartment was simple but with some lovely pictures and decorations and a bottle of wine and some fruit had been left for us. The balcony had a beautiful view overlooking the bay. We were there during a heatwave and the average temperature was around 37 degrees so it was very hot without air conditioning. Unfortunately we did not have a good check-in experience. We arrived after midnight which the owners knew and went to a hotel to collect the keys but the keys were not there. We ended up having to stay in an apartment at the hotel instead. We had to wait until 12 noon to get the keys to the apartment the next day so we had to wait around all morning. We were given unclear instructions to what number the apartment was so spent a lot of time trying to find the apartment with two small children and our luggage in the hot sun. I wrote to the owners immediately about this experience but she took more than a day to respond. I thought it was fair that we should have the first night refunded but she ignored this and said that she thought that the hotel had compensated us which it hadn't. There was no house guide and I asked questions like where to put rubbish and recycling as there was no guest guide but no-one responded. As a short-term holiday apartment owner myself, I would never leave it so long to get back to a guest or ignore questions, especially during the guests actual stay. The apartment itself was good and I would recommend it but I was left disappointed as the owners clearly aren't invested in the guest experience.
