This fantastic house surrounded by Orange and lemon trees is located just 10 minutes walk from "the Plaza", Soller´s beating heart square with the impressive Church, the vintage tram that runs from the Town to the Port and lined with bars, restaurants, shops and a fine selection of groceries stores.
The house has been recently renovad with lots of attention to details and design to a perfect 4 bedroom (2 double with en-suite bathrooms and 2 single with Queen size bed) and 3 bathroom home with 5.000sq.m parcel with fruit trees and garden, well equipped large kitchen, several terraces, fabulous outdoor lounge and dinning areas, and a lovely pool area with outdoor kitchen, toilette and shower.
Facing South the house has sun all day long and the best views over the amazing mountains. The property has outdoor parking space for several cars.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
