Marvellous townhouse for up to 6 persons, in the privileged region of Sóller, at the skirts of the Tramuntana mountain range, recently declared Patrimony of Humanity. The house has a large outdoor patio where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast or a delicious dinner prepared on the barbecue. All this with a glass of wine and the emblematic views of nature.
The house, of about 200 m2, is distributed over three floors, including a living-dining room, a fantastic kitchen and a total of four bedrooms with wardrobe and views of the village, and two bathrooms. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning.
On the ground floor, the warm and spacious kitchen, with direct access to the outside, has all the necessary utensils to cook your favourite dishes, including ceramic hob, industrial appliances and large cupboards. The living-dining room invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa while watching a film on the satellite TV or listening to some music. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. After a couple of steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed.
On the next floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the other with two single beds. On the top floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed. A cot and a highchair for a baby are available.
You will only have to walk 500 metres to get to the centre of the village, where you can visit its most emblematic building which is the church of Sant Bartomeu, whose beginnings date back to 1236. There is a wide variety of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, where we recommend you to try a delicacy, the prawns, which are the star dish of the area. By tram or bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller and its wonderful sandy beach. Around it there are many beautiful routes and excursions, the most famous being a trip on the old train to Palma, passing through beautiful landscapes and genuine villages until you reach the capital of Mallorca. The Tramuntana has incredible coves, especially rocky ones such as Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge, and small charming villages such as Fornalutx, Biniaraix or Deià.

not is all as it seams
The house looks very bright and airy on the photos but in reality all the rooms are very dark and musty.The settee could either do with a good clean or thrown out.I would do the later. We used two tins of fly spray to try and control the fruit flys.We failed. The picture of the garden bares no resemblance to what we found. Certainly the table and chairs you see were not there. The house is well situated for the town about 20 min walk it is on a very busy road.

Ideal property in lovely location
Clean and well renovated property. Modern bathrooms. Perfect location within 10min walk of the town centre and yet felt as if we were in the countryside. Only 10min drive to Port Soller, beach and restaurants. Ideal location for travel and exploring the mountains and villages in the surrounding the area. Rooms were large and spacious with well appointed air conditioning except top floor - Which was a shame as this room had the most fabulous views.
The outdoor space was nice bbq was perhaps a little neglected.
Parking in the street was easy

Im Februar 2023 ein wenig kalt, die Klimaanlage reicht zwar aus, aber das Haus erwärmt sich noch nicht - Aircondition aus, und sofort wieder kalt. Ein Heizlüfter gab den Geist auf. Der Pelletsofen auch. Jetzt die Pluspunkte: gute Lage nahe zum Zentrum und doch im Grünen, guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Garten vor dem Haus, relativ ruhig.
Gute moderne Ausstattung in einem traditionellen, stilvollen Haus. Empfehlenswert.

Großes Haus im alten Stil, Mängel in der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit
Saubere Schlaf - und Badezimmer, jedoch Küche mit nicht ganz ausreichender Ausstattung (fehlende Küchentücher, keine passende Kanne zu den vorhandenen Kaffeemaschinen) und nicht alles Geschirr sauber.

Pretty solid option to stay in Sóller
Nice and clean, very functional, AC is clearly a plus in summer.
One thing to know is that the road is pretty active and we can hear cars, this did not prevent us or our 2 years old to sleep, but you should be aware.

das Objekt liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße an Schlaf war bei offenem Fenster nicht zu denken. Außerdem fehlten jegliche Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten. Wobei, wer legt sich schon gerne auf den Mittelstreifen der Autobahn. Schade eigentlich, dass Objekt steht leider am falschen Platz.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit super Küche
Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Straße ist befahren. Das hat uns jedoch nicht so sehr gestört. Die Betten sind gut, jedoch von vielen als sehr weich empfunden.
Alles in allem würden wir gern wieder kommen.
