Pros: The actual manager is very responsive. The continental breakfast is pretty decent for the price you pay. The location is great.
Cons:
Checked in at 5:00 on Thursday, discovered very quickly that the TV was broken. Reported it to the front office that clearly already knew about it but put us in the room anyway without saying anything. Was told they would replace it first thing the next day. Wasn’t fixed the next day. Reported it again Saturday morning and was told they would replace it that morning while we were gone. Again, wasn’t fixed. Reported it again. A maintenance man then came in about an hour later with an old TV covered in a very thick layer of dust. He placed it on the end of the bed, and the TV fell off the bed. He tried to still hook it up without any success. He then brought in a new TV and fought getting it set up.
The bathroom shower had black mold growing it which could removed with a tiny bit of effort. There was also a disgusting ring around the bathroom sink drain. The paper cups left for the coffee were dirty. Looked as if they just rinsed the old ones and put it back.
The hallway between rooms is VERY NOISY. Be prepared to hear other customers at all hours.
