Recently renovated throughout with a spacious living/ dining area with a split system air conditioner, large Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, electric cooktop, and Piccolo Espressotorio coffee pod machine. Alfresco dining area on the balcony with a commercial grade BBQ plate, what a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful ambience and water views that Soldiers Point offers.
The unit has three bedrooms, all with a split system air conditioner in each and linen and bed making provided. The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity whilst bedroom two has access to a private balcony. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and vanity and the unit provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Car parking for two vehicles being a dual tandem undercover space for 2 small vehicles. There is also street parking on Soldiers Point Road.
Rick Stein Bannisters restaurant and Soldiers Point Bowling Club are only a quick 2-minute drive away. Across the road to the tennis courts, cafe and shops and two minutes’ walk to Soldiers Point boat ramp, Soldiers Point Marina, and water’s edge.
