방크기나 가격은 괜찮았는데 체크인 방예약이 불확실해서 예약한 방도 못찾고 갑자기추가요금청구받고 이불엔 얼룩도 있고 머리카락도 있고. 냄새도 나고. 다음에 오고 싶지는 않아요..

초원리조텔

방은 체크인 하고 나서 불을 넣어 주신거 같은데 세벽에 따듯한정도이고 위에 방은 누가 욌는지 세벽 내내 시크럽게 해서 잠을 잘 못잠. 대체로 호텔은 깨끗하고 아침 조식 서비스도 있고, 따로 밥도 하시는거 같아요. 저희는 음식을 가지고 가서 이용은 못해봄. 올려져 있는 사진과 별 차이 없었음.

시설이 귀곡산장 같아서 갔다가 그냥 돌아나옴 페업하기 일보 직전 같은 상황 야외 바베큐장에 폐 자재가 쌓여 있고 언제 마지막으로 사용 했는지 모를정도였음 차마 내부에 들어가볼 엄두가 안남

이런곳은 첨이라 당황..

우선.. 2박 예약하고 친정엄마와 친구분들이 먼저 도착했어요 그런데 왜 왔냐는식? 어디 예약했냐고 아무것도 모르고 있는 주인장은 먼가요..어이상실.. 어떻게어떻게 해서 체크인하고 7명 예약인데 한명 안가서 6명이라했더니..그건 배려해주셔서 큰방으로 바꿔 주셨네요..근데 청결상태가 식탁바닥은 얼룩져있고..한쪽방은 에어컨안되고 예약은 받기전 모든 시스템을 정검하는게 맞는데 안하셨네요..벽지 다 떨어지고 화장실 하수구 역류하고 냄새나고. 주말 조식 이기에 금욜 저녁에 갔는데 일요일만 조식한다고 그럼 주말조식이 아니라 일요일만 가능하다고 해주셔야했는데 그렇게 작성도 안되어 있고 수건이면 화장지는 직접 가져다 쓰라하고 이런 경우는 첨이네요..사모님은 참 친절하셨는데 그것만 가지고는 여기서 사용하세요를 못하겠네요..주변 관광지가 다 20분 안팍이라 가까워서 좋았는데 그거말고는..썩~~매르트가 없어요.
