When checking in the representative offered to upgrade my room. I took the offer but when I went into the actual room, it was a lower standard than the one I actually reserved. We were not able to check in even though we arrived at the hotel at 6 PM, we had to wait about an hour. It was rather frustrating since our room was a family suit, one of the largest one in the hotel. Cleaning service was neither good. I had to request a re cleaning.
