Detached villa with private swimming pool for 12 people located in Soiano del Lago, in a very quiet area surrounded by the greenery of the hills, convenient for Garda Golf Country Club.



The villa comprises a living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area with table and chairs, and a separate kitchen with a gas hob. The ground floor is completed by a service bathroom equipped with a sink, WC and bidet.

On the upper floor there is the sleeping area consisting of: master bedroom with double bed and wardrobes, second bedroom with double bed and single bed, third bedroom with double bed and additional bunk bed, fourth bedroom with bunk bed and additional single bed. Some bedrooms overlook the large terrace with lake and hill views.

On the floor there are the bathroom equipped with shower, sink, WC and bidet and the second bathroom equipped with bathtub, sink, WC and bidet.

Soiano del Lago, an enchanting locality near Lake Garda on the Brescia shore, takes its name from "Porta del sole", translation of "Solis ianua" which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in the Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees immersed in the greenery of the hills.
