Really cute small hotel. If you extect the luxury and extras of the 4 and 5 star hotels, you won't find them here (and you are NOT being charged for these!:), but you will have all of the basics that will make your stay comfortable. Room was clean and cozy, staff was super friendly and helpful, wifi worked great, and mind, I was using VPN for work. Having the option to eat breakfast right at the hotel was also very convenient. The staff went out of their way to make sure i had what i needed. The location was the best- right downtown, but tucked in one of the quiet small streets- so you are near everything (restaurants, shopping, theaters, concert hall, etc), yet you can enjoy peace and quiet when it is time to sleep.The hotel is near the NDK/National Palace of Culture metro stop, so fast, cheap and easy to get to from the airport, bus station and the train station. I highly recommend.

Hotel is well placed close to the Vitosha Boulevard in the city centre. Room was large and comfortable and had a large bath as well as the shower. Breakfast was perfectly adequate with a lot of choice. The immediate area is a bit scruffy but this applies to all the central side streets and is not unusual. Area is very quiet and safe. I found the hotel's central location was very convenient. It is also close to the NDK metro station.

The hotel itself has an excellent location quite close to all main attractions in Sofia along with vitosha blvd being so close where all best restaurants and bars are located. The staff were super friendly and helpful along with rooms being nice and spacious. major complaints were that the air conditioning was not at all working well as expected given how hot it was when we visited. The other major complaint is the shower drain is awfully designed in the toilets for water to leak everywhere in the restroom post a shower and doesn’t dry easily which caused quite a mess 😥
