The hotel is good, on a good place, and is a lot of restaurant and bars in the hotel. The room is ok but they need to start rebuilding it.

Best breakfast ever. Nice and friendly staff. Clean room and restaurant

I have stayed at many Kempensky's but this one disappointed me the bed/mattress was to thin and old bad nite sleep needed massage after 1 nite no CNN on TV every one has CNN parking controlled by independent company I was 7 minutes past noon and they made me pay for additional time that was kind of tacky The restaurants were very good

Be careful of hidden charges and charges for guests, breakfast should always be agreed on your reservation policy, to avoid arguments. And guests should not be innocently invited, because hotel policy is strict and request of funds will be added to your invoice.

They are out to get you!. No complimentary drinking water. found very small glass bottle just enough for one gulp and got charged 2 euro! Ordered a glass of white wine offered a half bottle of wine. When the bill came It was 34 Euros. twice as much as the meal! Bit far from the center.

Pleasant stay, the hotel is huge and was a good surprise, the only if was the water that delay a bit to warm.

Despite having stayed in the non-renovated rooms we had a pleasant experience. The hotel and the rooms were clean with very courteous staff. Our only problem was the strong cigarette smoke and smell in the lobby which made breathing difficult. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection and variety. Location is not far from city center, about 15 minutes by taxi.

Nice, clean and quite. We were a bit shamed, since our daughter made noice during the breakfast and most of the guests were on busness trips. The only bad we found-no play area for kids.Open buffet breakfast was great. We got continental breakfats/coffee and croasants/ in the room at 3:30 with the charge of 10BGN.Staff was helpfull and polite, friendly.

A bitter disappointment! Upon arrival we were informed by apathetic receptionist that our reservation could not be located because the hotel reservation desk was closed on weekends. After we produced our reservation copy the receptionist examined it and informed us that this was for an unrenovated room. If we wanted a renovated room we were to pay an upgrade charge. An unrenovated room in a five star hotel??? Apparently, the minibar prices were more befitting a seven star hotel. One expects to pay a premium in a Kempinski hotel but this was outrageous. We were most disappointed and slightly unnerved by the collection of provocatively dressed young women and suspicious looking men in the lobby in the evening. We travel a lot. We have been to many upmarket hotels so we have an idea what to expect from a five star hotel in a European capitol. This was a bitter disappointment.

Good service. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was decent. Outdated rooms-however very clean. Free WiFi.

dear

I had a suymposium in this hotel.

All services are 5 stars, Fitness, quality of food, stuff - all is perfect. Unfortunately pool was closed due to renovation. But rooms! Got the unrenovated room which was totaly shame on Kempinski standards - old, dark and 5 stars maybe in seventies, not today.

Excellent location, fast check-in and check-out, overall an excellent experience.
