Schöne Wohnung, top Lage
Wir waren zu dritt in den Sommerferien dort, 2 Erwachsene, ein 12jähriges Kind.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1 Doppelbett + 1 Einzelbett und jeweils einem Dachfenster ohne Fliegengitter. Wir fanden die Betten sehr bequem. Schränke ausreichend. Das Bad hat Dusche, Eckbadewanne, Waschbecken, kein Fenster (aber funktionierenden Abzug). Die separate Toilette hat ein kleines Waschbecken, kein Fenster, aber funktionierenden Abzug, plus Waschmaschine! Die Küche hat Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, keinen Toaster, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank und relativ großes Gefrierfach. Ausstattung ist spartanisch, 3 Töpfe 1 Pfanne, keine Müslischalen, keine große Salatschüssel, genug Teller, Bier- und Wasser-Gläser, Schneebesen, Dosenöffner, keine Verbrauchsdinge (Gewürze, Spülmaschinenpulver, Öl... muss man selbst kaufen). Scharfes Messer hatte ich dabei. "Steh-"Tisch mit 4 Hockern zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer. Fenster in der Küche und Fensterfront (wie ein Wintergarten) im Wohnzimmer mit Glasdach. Die Fenster haben Plisseerollos bis ca. 2 m hoch, das Glasdach hat nichts. Dachfenster im Esszimmer ohne Fliegengitter. Terrassentür führt auf eine eigene "Terrasse" (ein Stück vom Parkplatz ist 2 m hoch eingezäunt) mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen. Wohnzimmer hat eine riesen Couch, Flachbildfernseher mit HDMI Anschluss, Schreibtisch. Esszimmer hat Eckbank (3 Plätze) und 2 Stühle.
Richtig verdunkeln kann man nicht, die Schlafzimmer sind aber relativ dunkel, da die Dachfenster Milchglas haben. Sonne aussperren geht kaum, aber durch die Höhenlage kühlt es nachts immer ab. Wenn man Heizung braucht, kann die Vermieterin sie einschalten (Bodenheizung?).
Lage ist top, weg von der sehr belebten Hauptstraße (und dem lauten Fluß), mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall, Richtung Obergurgel oder Imst kein Problem. Parken direkt vor der Wohungstür. Blick durchs Glasdach und von der Terrasse auf die Berge (vor allem Söldenkogel). Einkaufen, Bäcker unten im Ort, zu weit zum Laufen. Es gibt eine "Bahn", nennt sich Aufzug, vom Wohngebiet runter in den Ort, kostenlos. Bushaltestelle 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt.
Sehr nette Vermieterin, jederzeit erreichbar, wohnt im (Haupt-)Haus.
Minuspunkte: Internet funktionert so gut wie nie...
Keine Fliegengitter, wir hatten sehr viele Fliegen und Wespen in der Wohnung. Irgendwie kaum Haken für Handtücher, wir haben immer alles über die Badewanne gehängt.
Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!

Bell'appartamento spazioso e luminoso
L'appartamento è ideale fino a sei persone. Molto luminoso e accogliente. Mobili quasi tutti nuovi. Pulizia ottima, il bagno è dotato di una vasca grande. Le finiture dell'appartamento sono forse un po' grossolane, unica pecca è la fornitura della cucina che secondo il mio gusto personale è un po' scarsa. In bagno c'è la lavatrice, sul sito non l'avevo notato.

Appartamento stupendo in una location eccezionale
Ho soggiornato quest'estate con il mio compagno e il nostro cane in questo fantastico appartamento molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Eccezionale la parte di soffitto in vetro che ci ha permesso, comodamente sdraiati sul divano, di goderci una bellissima vista sulle montagne e cieli stellati. Consigliatissimo!!
