The house is located by Jungfrukusten in Hälsingland and the nearest town is Söderhamn. In the surrounding area you will find Hälsingekustens beautiful archipelago. During the summer there is a rich cultural and music scene with plenty of events, including a variety of folk music gatherings. For those interested in golfing, Sofieholm has an 18-hole course just 15 kilometres from the house. Lastly, for those interested in exploring one of Sweden's forest landscapes. Hälsingland is home to many wild animals such as wolves, lynx, bears and wolverines.
