Renovated with a modern interior and 180 degrees worth of views. The bathroom

is finished with a granite vanity top and tiled walk in shower. This unit

features a queen size bed and pull out sofa, and a full size kitchen. Other

notable features include a flat screen TV and gas burning fireplace. There are

several great views from the large balcony of the village, courtyard and of

course, the slope. Conveniently located on the end of the building with

distance to slope. From the Allegheny Springs Ski Locker Room, the trail

system is adjacent to the property.



The condo is air-conditioned and features a balcony and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a microwave.
