With breathtaking views overlooking Ballhooter lift, this renovated two

bedroom plus den unit on the 3rd floor is the perfect getaway to the

mountains. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

The master bathroom features a tile walk-in shower, a separate jetted tub, and

a washer/dryer (only a few units have this - bring your own detergent). Each

bedroom has a king bed and a large flat screen TV. The den and living room

each have new sofa beds with memory foam mattresses and large screen TVs. The

TVs can access popular streaming services in addition to the cable channels.

Enjoy your time near the gas fireplace, on the deck, or on the slopes, as this

unit sits in the heart of the village only steps away from lifts, shopping,

restaurants, and other activities. Allegheny Springs features a private heated

pool, two hot tubs, gym, and sauna.
