The TrailHead Lodge ("Black Bear 10")" is a 3 level, 2880 square foot,

6-bedroom home at Black Bear Crossing, Snowshoe Mountain. In addition to the

exceptional features of the Black Bear Crossing complex "("center pavilion,

grills, gas firepit, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, flat

screen TVs, private hot tub")", the Trail Head Lodge has upgraded amenities

and furnishings that include extra wide deck, two full kitchens, heated

basement floors, six person hot tub and foosball table. The balcony ("with hot

tub")" overlooks 80 miles of mountains to the west, making it the perfect

place to view the Snowshoe sunset. These 6 bedroom/4.5 bath homes, with two

additional pull-out couches, sleeps up to 18, making it a great home for large

groups. This unit has 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 3 sets of twin bunk beds and

two Full sleeper sofas.

We enjoyed our time at Black Bear 10. The location is great and it had plenty of space for our 3 families. There is a second kitchen in the basement which was a great surprise. The townhouse is also very clean.

Very clean with lots of beds and well stocked. Not exactly ski and ski out since you have to walk across a fairly large parking lot and down steps to get to the slopes.
