Loved the place!

This hotel was absolutely stunning😍😍😍, i loved staying here and woukd definitely come back.

Very convenient for skiing. Only complaint, we stayed April 4-8, toward end of season, it felt like they were “closing down” for season. One restaurant never opened, they seemed short staffed. Got voicemail instead of staff when calling room service or front desk. Staff we encountered were great & would go the extra mile.

the ultimate convenient stay for ski in, ski out in Snowmass

When you think of the name Viceroy, you would expect to be arriving at a truly world class hotel. The ambiance of the place would certainly give you that impression. However, once you are greeted, or rather you greet the person checking you in, your expectations change quickly. Through out the entire stay it felt as though the staff felt they were doing me a favor for any request. My girlfriend and I walked into the Restaurant/Bar around 4:58 PM and were told that the bar wouldn't open until 5 PM in a very curt and aggressive manner. It was perplexing as to why the bartender felt that we couldn't get a drink 2 minutes earlier then planned. Later that evening we tried to order room service. It took over 30 minutes and about 8 phone calls to get someone on the phone to take our order. Nothing about this place relates to hospitality. The only bright spot of the whole experience was Doug who checked me out in the morning, he went above and beyond. Had more of the staff been like him, we might have had a different experience. Just all around poor for charging $300/night.

Enjoyed the room and amenities and most of the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Great ski in / ski out location on Snowmass mountain and really friendly staff, but not as luxurious as you would expect given the cost (at least during the winter).

Perfect location. Staff was very accommodating. Loved having a small kitchen in the room and the heated pool was amazing. Would highly recommend it!

great service, have luxury shuttle to aspen not too far. clean and big rooms

Devil is in the detail and if you like to hike and enjoy Aspen in the fall don't expect 4 star service. Lots of guys at the front door when I arrived, none took my luggage. No food service available at 8k or anywhere in the hotel at 4pm. Don't expect bread with dinner, you must ask. Lobby has cold water but no lemon or cumcubers, no hot coffee or tea. Decor is nice, clean room. Time for new brand of robes, towels and shower amenities, and bathroom accessories.

The hotel was much better than I expected. The staff was super professional. Rooms were clean. Hot tub was romantic. Dogs were allowed, but you may need to aware that they will not refund the deposit for pets. We only paid 300 for a 2 bedroom condo. But I also learned that this hotel will be super expensive in winter.

Great weekend getaway! Great staff, impressive rooms and beautiful hotel!

I stayed for Tough Mudder last weekend and I loved this place. I felt their summer rate was a steal, but I can only imagine the prices in the winter. The staff were super thoughtful, the hot tub and pool area was fashionable and great for meeting other guests and the beds were comfy. I plan to come out again next summer.

Hotel is modern up to date beautiful and very spacious!!! Stains on MBR carpet that needs replacement.

Great service from check-in to check-out. Quality suites with top grade finishes and upscale kitchens with mountain views. Excellent on-site restaurants. Staff is excellent. Will be back!

My husband and I stayed three days during early Fall, and the Hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room. This was extremely generous, and helped a great deal, as other family members were staying at other hotels, and this gave us an opportunity to have them over for dinner to our beautiful room. The fully equipped kitchen in the one bedroom unit and the table for 6 gave us just the right ambiance we needed after a full day of hiking. We felt like it was our "home away from home." The staff was personable and kind in every way.
