I am retired and take 2 to 3 ski vacations a year. I have been fortunate not to have had any issues with rental units in the past. I had a few issues with this unit, however, that prevented me from giving a better rating. First and foremost, the fireplace did not work, and was under repair. It would have been considerate to let me know so that I would not have wasted time trying to get it to work. I really enjoy sitting by the fire after skiing and was expecting a place that advertises as "Walk to slopes with fireplace..." to have a working fireplace. Additionally, the shower door was inoperable in the master bathroom. A temporary shower curtain was put up in the master shower, and the door was taped back so you could still use the shower. These items remained under repair for the duration of our 4 days stay and my poor first impression of the place I rented versus what I had expected from the listing never improved. The listing advertises "Parking for 1 vehicle(s)" but neglects to clarify that the parking is offsite in a series of common lots. A 15 minute loading and unloading spot is available near the unit.

Fantastic location(!), comfortable and super clean!
Updated condo, super clean and comfortable. Fantastic location steps from Village Express and short walk up to Village mall. Ski closet outside condo huge convenience. My favorite snowmass location by far! Note: kitchen has all the gadgets but you need to supply own salt, pepper/spices etc.

Great ski condo
Is close to slope side. Short(maybe 50 yd ) walk to slope leading to main chair to base village. Located right between base village and snowmass mall so a short walk up or downhill to restaurants and stores. Or can use the shuttle which does stop in front of resort- we never did wait for it.
Well appointed. Nice hot tub on unit property.
Did not know at time of booking but the resort will pick you up from airport which is a bonus.

Amazing Place
Had a wonderful time. Central location with best access to mall, village, & lifts. Shuttle stop next to place makes getting around very easy. Walking distance to grocery and stores. The hot tub is large and designed well for 2-3 groups to enjoy with some privacy.
Property was well decorated and clean. Would definitely stay there again.
