Enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, direct trail access in the summer, plus on-site amenities including a pool, hot tubs, and air conditioning. Guests also have access to the state-of-the-art SBV Fitness Center located in the adjacent One Snowmass West building. Please note: Exciting enhancements are underway on the east end of Snowmass Base Village with the new Stratos development next to Electric Pass Lodge.



The Space:

This ultra-efficient building showcases modern mountain luxury with premium finishes, top-of-the-line appliances, and upscale amenities. The spacious corner residence offers convenient first-level access while being elevated above grade on the Wood Road side, providing added privacy and views.



Guest Access:

Guests will use the Latch/Door app for seamless access to all entry points within the building. The app enables keyless entry directly from your smartphone and requires an email address for each individual user. Access details will be provided prior to check-in.

Located in Snowmass Base Village, the building sits between Wood Road, Viceroy hotel, and is within an easy walking distance to retail and restaurants in the heart of the Village.



Getting Around:

Ski-In access is via Bridges slope directly to the building. To Ski-Out, take Bridges to the Assay Hill chair lift.



If traveling within Snowmass Village, guests can ride the free, year-round Snowmass Village Shuttle. For real time schedules and to schedule on-demand rides, download the Snowmass Village Shuttle app.



If traveling to Aspen or Down Valley, the property is a short walk away from the RFTA transit center which provides free, year-round routes to Aspen and Down Valley. Aspen stay

We loved the location, size, amenities and communication with our host. We did have some trouble working latch for some of the doors especially at the pool. Our room was not ready for check in and that was a little inconvenient. It took the housekeeper an extra hour to complete that but we were able to check in while she finished. Overall- excellent stay!

Great new condo

The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. We are a family of 4 and we had plenty of room. Note that it is 2 king size beds, and not a king room and 2 twin beds as listed in the details. The main walkway to base village is still under construction, but easily passable. Great condo, will stay again. Don’t hesitate to book l!!!

Perfect Ski in/out location

This condo was perfect for two couples. Plenty of space, with big bathrooms for both rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and perfect location. This new complex is set up to make ski in/out so easy. We had a great week of spring skiing.

Perfect Spot in Snowmass

Brand new apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, with all the space you need when traveling with family. Perfectly located side by side to One Snowmass and behind Limelight Hotel (reference for those who have been to Snowmass before). It is ski in ski out. The ski locker room has access to Bridges which takes you to the bottom of Assay Hill Lift. Staying in this Building again whenever I return to Snowmass.

The Property is excellent. The location is wonderful. The area has heated pavers in the village. The only area that doesn't is the bridge that connects the village to the building. It is easily walkable as long as you walk in the thicker snow and avoid any ice patches. The bluetooth and access process allows for no keys, but you need to keep your phone charged. We even braved the heated pool, slide and hot tub in the freezing temps! The 4 bathrobes and slippers were a plus. The kids appreciated the snacks that were in the welcome basket. Another thing to note is that you need shuttle/cabs to pick up/drop off on the main road by the garage as the front entrance has a gate blocking the entrance as the little road connects to the village walkway. We would book again as the condo is new, clean, well appointed and well located.
