We decided to stay here & pay the extra expense because it is "ski in/ski out" we were assured they had reserved a top floor room for us that was closest to the slopes but when we checked in that all changed & we were out in the building furthest from the slope on the ground level with the hot tub in front of our room 20 feet from out windows w/ the sidewalk right outside our bedroom. It was likely the worst room they have & staff including manager said there were no other rooms available but they did move us the next day to a top floor room still in the bldg furthest from the slopes. None of the bldgs are ski in/ski out but bldg C is the furthest. It is not worth the extra expense when compared to other options in our opinion.
This condo is in an outstanding location for access to the Treehouse ski school. The condos are new and have high end amenities. There are a few restaurants at the base that are good for families, but for an extended stay you will need to go to other restaurants. We have stayed there 2 years in a row but will be considering cheaper options for next year.
This hotel was very difficult to find, no signs anywhere. There was some very loud activity in the parking lot or hot tub 2 out of 3 evenings making it difficult to sleep. After those two complaints, the other comments are very positive. The condo/room spacious for 2 people, very clean, everything we needed.
