The condo includes a private balcony, ground level ski locker storage, underground parking, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, fitness center, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and updated appliances - brand new washer / dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both wonderful family dinners or romantic meals for two. Additionally, there is a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance to pick up any ingredients you may need. The secondary unit features a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge. If dining out is your preference, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall.

Servicing all four mountains, the skier shuttle provides rides to Aspen Ajax, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. Fabulous spring ski trip
We thoroughly enjoyed this property! Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful and the location is literally steps from the lift as well as restaurants and ski school. The property is clean and well maintained and beds were comfortable.

Wonderful location
This is my third stay Capital Peak Lodge. What a great location! The unit was great. My only complaint was the elevator seemed to be extremely slow for whatever reason, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. My kids absolutely loved Capital Peak, and we hope to be back.

Great location and amenities
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very close to gondola and ski lift so can be considered as ski in and out. Ice rink, play room and restaurants were great addition to our snowboarding fun. I also liked gym and hot tub amenities.

There aren’t many times I give a rental space or a management team a perfect rating, but this time it’s well deserved. From the pre-trip communications to the check in process to the cleanliness and location of the condo, everything exceeded my expectations. For me, cleanliness is the most important element. This place was spotless. I can tell the quality of a property management team by the detail to cleaning. This team hit a home run on all fronts. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location, great stay
This is such a great location in the village - grab your skis from the locker and take a few steps to hop on the gondola. Really nice at the end of the day with tired legs to be so close! Top notch facilities with a great workout room, heated underground parking, fast elevators and two large community hot tubs to relax in. The condo worked well for us. Comfortable beds and well furnished kitchen. Kind of a funky layout as it's really a studio connected by common doors to a one bedroom - but certainly no issue for us. The only thing we missed would have been a dresser in each bedroom, but we made do just fine. Hope to make it back one day!

Great Place
Can’t beat the location with young kids! Building was fantastic. Unit was great. Better than the photos give it credit for. No issues at all. Management was great, arranged car service and housekeeping. Really have nothing but positive vibes from a family of 5.
