Welcome to the newest, state of the art building in Base Village, Electric Pass Lodge. This Scandinavian-inspired ski-in/ski-out lodge features a 25-yard saltwater pool with water slide, assigned underground parking and complimentary transportation from the Aspen/ Pitkin County Airport. Includes access to the 2,500 sq. ft. fitness facility located next door in One Snowmass East.

This modern, comfortably decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium with over 1,500 sq. ft. of living space features abundant views of the mountain with floor to ceiling windows and overlooks the pool area. The open kitchen boasts all Bosch appliances, with an induction flat top and oven, 4-bottle wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, Vitamix, and plenty of cook and dinnerware for you and yours. The large, comfortable dining table has seating for 8 people with additional seating for 4 people at the kitchen island. The living room offers plush furniture, an Opti-Myst fireplace and a flat screen TV.

Primary: King bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet. The bathroom offers a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest Primary: King bed, reach-in closets, TV. The Guest primary & bunk room share the bathroom.

Snowmass experience

The condo itself was clean and well-configured. The building had a few negatives, outside the control of the owner. One of the 2 elevators in the building was out of order the entire stay, and there is major construction of a massive building right alongside the access to the building. The condo manager, Aspen Signature Properties, was excellent, from booking, to recommendations for transportation, to early and late checkout, and even providing a special welcome basket with items chosen specifically for our 4 1/2 year old grandson.
