Enjoy the peace and beauty of this retreat just 20 minutes from Aspen and Snowmass ski areas. The house has all day sun, epic sunsets from the deck, and amazing views of the surrounding mountains, including Mt Sopris, Mt Daly, and Capitol Peak. Set on an expansive 1.5 acre lot which feels like a private park. Mature trees, gorgeous flowers, space for lawn games as well as a big back patio for bbqs and sunsets. Amazing hiking, biking and skiing close by.
