Perfect night out! Our room was perfect. The shower was Devine. Really enjoyed the pool/hot tubs and workout room. The views were Devine. Valet parking was free. Best of all was the customer service was the best I’ve received in twenty years. Impeccable manners by every staff member! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are huge with enough room for a sofa in which to enjoy the views. The shower is fantastic with great water pressure! The signature scent of the shampoo, etc is amazing. The Falls buffet is superb! My only complaint would be the annoyingly loud “techno” music that is played in the, very nicely equipped fitness center. Even with my headphones I could hear the “music”. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Would definitely stay again. For those who like to gamble the casino has plenty of slots to choose from with several dedicated non smoking areas. Which is the ONLY reason I stayed here. I wish the entire casino was non smoking but the filtration system was good and the smoking area wasn’t too bad.

Hotel was lovely, several dining options and excellent staff service. The view of mountains from the 5th floor was breathtaking. Just an overnight stay, so I did not play in casino or enjoy spa/pool. A little more detail when cleaning rooms would be beneficial, corners with hair/dust in bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location! Clean! Nice restaurants! Most of the employees are experienced, professional & knowledgeable. When I went to the front desk to extend my stay one more night and stay in same room, Front desk said it was unfortunate that I booked 3rd party ( Expedia ) she would not be able to accommodate my request. ME: “ So can I book online then get the same room ?” Nope - No way for them to do that - she wrote down a phone number for reservations. “ YOU can call the them and ask ” ~ I THINK she wanted to get back to chatting with the 3 valets -when I walked up, I interpreted their conversation and she had to get back to the desk. I ended up rebooking through Expedia. check out, stored my bag and check backed in a different room. ( was easier than dealing with live humans )

Air conditioning issues

The room was beautiful. We did have a few issues. The toilet seat was broken, they fixed it immediately. Unfortunately the air conditioning was blowing all night. We tried turning it off, it doesn’t turn off, and tried turning the temperature up. It would go up a degree but then go back down. I slept in 10 sweaters. I wish hotels would let you set the thermostat to your desired degree. I slept maybe 2 hours.
